The research study on possibilities for implementing reuse business models in Kosovo’s Circular Economy was conducted through desk research and interviews with stakeholders mainly from three selected cities: Prishtina, Vushtrri, and Prizren. Additional interviews were conducted with nationwide stakeholders due to their relevance to the reuse case. The interviews targeted private businesses, public institutions, and Non-Governmental Organizations/ Civil Society Organizations to gain insights into the level of innovation and potential for reuse options for plastic packaging and the stakeholders’ knowledge, perceptions, and behaviors related
to circular economy development in Kosovo.
