During the DGVN’s online briefing, participants in the World Cities Forum are reporting live from Baku on current discussions regarding sustainable urban development: How are cities, regional and national governments, and international organizations working together to create livable and resilient cities? Why do cities play a key role in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and what can they achieve that other levels of government cannot?
Why is the housing crisis becoming such a widespread problem—and what can cities and international policymakers do about it?
