Negotiating the City: infrastructure as organ, not organism

This 45-minute session will highlight the importance of negotiating infrastructure and how it relates to the broader development of a city. Two experts, Derya Thompson of CONNEX’s Advisory Committee and Kees Hörchner, Director of Rebel Group, will delve into PPPs, the interface between housing, commercial and broader urban development, as well as aspects in contracts which could have long-term consequences for countries.
