SDG 11 is the goal furthest from being achieved — and Asia carries much of that weight, from fast-growing slum populations to a widening climate-infrastructure finance gap. Rather than dwell on the problem, this session uses it as a starting point for joint thinking. A short spotlight traces how Asia’s urban portfolio has evolved, in terms of themes, partners and commissioning parties. Followed by a deep dive into regional stories and a strategic look at recent shifts, the exchange shall be open and vivid, inviting practitioners from the region to a candid, cross-country conversation on: what is converging across the region and what still demands context-specific approaches regarding the urban portfolio?
