The twelth World Urban Forum took place from 4-8 November 2024 in Cairo. It embraced the theme “It All Starts at Home” WUF12 emphasised local action for urban sustainability and explored innovative solutions to transform communities.
Germany was present with an own Pavilion, focusing on green, inclusive and equitable cities. It featured exciting panels, interactive formats and a beautiful space for meeting and exchanging ideas.

With fond memories, we look back to this year’s World Urban Forum in Kairo, Egypt. We captured a few impressions of the German Pavillion that we would like to share with you.
