Urban planning solutions from the Global South
This event will showcase how secondary cities in five countries from the Global South are integrating climate action into urban planning, emphasising inclusivity and gender responsiveness.
Through a panel discussion, city representatives from the projects Urban-Act, CitiesAdapt and ANDUS will share their experiences in implementing sustainable urban planning solutions.
By highlighting their stories, the session aims to inspire and guide other cities on their climate action journeys and emphasize the critical role that cities play in transitioning to low-carbon and resilient futures.
