Financing Energy for Low-Carbon Investment – Cities Advisory Facility (FELICITY): Green Recovery for Cities and Sustainable Infrastructure

Cities can take advantage of COVID-19 recovery packages to invest in sustainable, low-carbon infrastructure if they have the knowledge to spot available opportunities and the capacity to design bankable projects.
