Mobility is a core sector for common good-oriented development of Smart City. Many data are collected to inform the planning of mobility transitions, but also to leverage new information and data exchanges as well as innovative monetization possibilities. A “lighthouse project” in that regard is the Mobility Data Space, an initiative by the German government.
