World Urban Forum 12

The Twelfth World Urban Forum (WUF12), taking place from November 4-8 in Cairo, embraces the theme “It All Starts at Home,” addressing crucial issues like housing, commuting, air quality, and climate change. “Home” goes beyond buildings to include cultural, social, economic, and environmental aspects. WUF12 emphasizes local action for urban sustainability and inspires participants to bring back innovative solutions to transform their communities.

Germany will be present again with the German Pavilion, focusing on creating green, inclusive, and equitable cities through a just transition.
