The conference aims at identifying points of action and intervention for the building sector to contribute to sustainable building practices worldwide.

The Global Disability Summit aims to galvanize global efforts to realize disability inclusion around the world and takes place in Berlin, Germany in April 2025.

An international forum for discussing NDCs, strengthening networks, presenting innovative ideas, building momentum, reflecting, and clarifying the processes of formulating and implementing NDCs that lead to ambitious climate policies and actions.

Annual interim climate negotiations. Given the continuous increase in the significance of the topic of cities/multi-level climate action, as well as its coupling with the Daring Cities initiative, participation from the urban sector would make sense.

The GPDRR 2025 is the global multi-stakeholder forum for taking stock and identifying gaps in the implementation of the Sendai Framework (2015-2030). The framework was signed by 187 countries, including Germany. It takes place every three years (every six years in Geneva). The platform serves to exchange best practices, innovative initiatives, and lessons learned in disaster risk management. The eighth session is the penultimate session before the Sendai Framework expires in 2030.

The conference will address new and emerging issues, and the urgent need to fully implement the 2030 Agenda to support reform of the international financial architecture (IFAs).

The 4th Forum of Mayors will emphasize the crucial role of cities and local actors in leading the way towards a brighter and more sustainable future for all. 

Main Conference on Climate Mitigation and Adaptation. The topic of urban areas is gaining increasing prominence in the negotiations and in the side events, highlighted by a thematic day, the first urban ministerial at COP27, and the urban climate initiative SURGe.
