German-Asian Transdisciplinary Research
The future of sustainable urban regions lies in the hands of citizens and decision-makers who shape their environment. This potential was yielded by researchers of four projects of the Sustainable Urban Regions (SURE) program in Southeast Asia for risk management, management of urban water resources, socio-ecologically urban-rural development, and integrated living and housing. Together, project representatives discuss their approaches and learnings gained in divers cultural contexts. The event focus on sharing knowledge and participates all visitors for mutual inspiration.
